PAYMENT TERMS AND GUARANTEE

Two-Stage Payment

30% deposit after presenting three qualified candidates for the assigned position.
70% upon completion of the recruitment process (contract signing or start of employment).
15-day payment term based on the issued VAT invoice.

Guarantee

12-week guarantee for the hired candidate, with the possibility of extension to 14 weeks for long-term cooperation.
Re-run of the recruitment process and presentation of candidates for the assigned position profile.

All fees are based on the candidate's annual gross salary for employment contracts or net salary for B2B contracts.
