Our volume recruitment process is the perfect solution for companies looking to quickly and efficiently fill multiple positions at once. We provide comprehensive support, including sourcing, screening, selection, and full management of the entire recruitment process.

FLEXIBLE TERMS OF COOPERATION
Temporary Exclusivity
0.5% discount on recruitment fees for clients who choose temporary exclusivity for candidate submissions.
Long-Term Cooperation
0.5% discount on recruitment fees for signing a framework agreement.
PAYMENT TERMS AND GUARANTEE
Two-Stage Payment
- 30% deposit after presenting three qualified candidates for the assigned position.
- 70% upon completion of the recruitment process (contract signing or start of employment).
- 15-day payment term based on the issued VAT invoice.
Guarantee
- 12-week guarantee for the hired candidate, with the possibility of extension to 14 weeks for long-term cooperation.
- Re-run of the recruitment process and presentation of candidates for the assigned position profile.
All fees are based on the candidate's annual gross salary for employment contracts or net salary for B2B contracts.
